This means we are aways looking for PPC Managers who not only have several years experience managing AdWords (ideally 7+ years experience), but who are able to work independently, show initiative and demonstrate high levels of client care and really care about making a difference for our clients. We really do mean the part about caring about making a different. Our account managers typically manage far fewer AdWords accounts than at other agencies and have a chance to dramatically improve the businesses of our clients.
